Ginger Beard Coffee's story didn't start like most coffee shops, with visions of corporate profit. It all started with a few guys and a crazy idea. The idea was a simple one: what if their love of coffee and of people could combine in a new way. What if we could bring new life to an old space?
So they quit the daily grind of corporate life to start serving coffee here in Tampa's Channelside District. And not just any coffee, but Nitro Cold Brew, and named after the ginger growing on their faces. They could use the same equipment that they used with homebrewing beer to make coffee, just minus the alcohol. And this crazy thing happened -- it worked.
Partnering with the Pour House in Grand Central, They serve Nitro Cold Brew from four taps at the end of the bar. Now, its great atmosphere and great people are available night or day.
